The Arabic language course lasts four years, at the end of which students receive a certificate certifying their level.

The skills you acquire in reading, writing and comprehension will enable you to pursue religious studies in Arabic, as well as holding conversations.

The level acquired is roughly equivalent to the two years of classroom training.

The book studied is “Al-Arabiya bayna yadayk”.

Courses are aimed at non-Arabic-speaking adults aged 16 and over.

The Muslim culture curriculum is an introduction to Muslim theology.

This training offers a summary of everything that a Muslim must necessarily know about the basic principles of his religion.

• To validate your registration, you must pay the first part of the registration fee of 150€ (non-refundable in case of cancellation after sending coli).[1].
• The remainder of the registration fee is payable in instalments from October to June. Registration fees are payable by bank transfer to the institute’s bank account or by cheque made payable to IESH. • Be able to follow courses in French.
• Hold a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent diploma recognized by the IESH.
• Successful completion of the 1-year Muslim Culture course enables students without a baccalauréat or equivalent diploma to enroll in the DESI.
• Registration is validated once all administrative formalities have been completed and the first part of the registration fee has been paid. Course materials will be sent by parcel post between 15 days and one month after the registration date. (Excluding summer vacations, in which case the lead time may be longer).

The DESI curriculum offers students a dense and detailed training in the main theological disciplines of Islam.

The French-language curriculum provides a scientific background at undergraduate level, as well as an in-depth understanding of Muslim theology.
