The aims of the seminars

To meet the need to learn and our desire to transmit, the European Institute of Human Sciences Château-Chinon organizes seminars (intensive courses) for adolescents and adults during school holidays.

Since 1990, the IESH has put its know-how in teaching at the service of all those who wish to obtain a solid foundation, consolidate achievements or even deepen knowledge in the learning of the Arabic language of the psalmody of the Holy Quran where Muslim theology …

The teaching team

The IESH stands out for the care it gives to having a team of experienced and specialized teachers for all our seminars.

Referent professors from the IESH in each field, Arabic language, Holy Quran or Religious Sciences ensure the general functioning of the seminars. Designing quality content and ensuring students’ understanding are the missions of these referents.

A team of teachers who are committed to your side and who remain at your disposal (as far as possible) during and outside the lessons to make you succeed.

Presentation of the center

The seminars take place at the IESH holiday center, in the Morvan regional natural park in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region.

The IESH is about ten buildings (dormitories, studios for couples, library, mosque, sports hall, classrooms, refectory …) in an area of 11 hectares.

A unique natural setting in Europe, conducive to meditation and the practice of outdoor activities.

The IESH holiday center is located only 3h30 from Paris and 2h45 from Lyon.

For who ?

With programs intended for a French-speaking and / or Arabic-speaking audience, the seminars are suitable for a large audience, beginners, intermediate or advanced, women and men from the age of 17.

When ?

Seminars lasting 7 days (minimum, cumulative stays) are open during Christmas holidays, winter holidays (zones A, B, C) spring holidays (zones A, B, C) and summer holidays. ‘summer.

Typical Day

The IESH arranges the days so that each seminarian benefits and assimilates as much knowledge as possible during his stay.

The teachers will be available and attentive during and outside of class. Work spaces such as the 15 classrooms, the mosque and the library are available to seminarians, 24 hours a day.

How to come ?

Participants in IESH vacation stays should organize transport to and from IESH on their own.
Participants should plan to arrive at the IESH between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Sunday and departure times between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. on Saturday. The management of participants by the IESH will be done upon arrival.
For participants who wish to come by public transport, the SNCF stations in the nearest towns are Nevers and Autun, we invite you to consult on the internet the bus timetables between

WARNING :

– IESH does not provide bedding (sheet, cousin, blanket)
